We believe design shapes the way people live, often so quietly that we barely notice it. The objects and spaces around us decide where we gather, what we keep, how we work, and where we feel at ease.

 

That belief is at the heart of Cambridge Garden Sheds. To us, a shed is not only a place to store things. It can be a place for the parts of life that do not quite fit inside the house — tools, bicycles, muddy boots, seed trays, half-finished projects, hobbies, making, repairing, pottering, and thinking.

 

Our work grew from years spent in building, carpentry, bespoke joinery, interiors and art.

That background shapes the way we make: with an eye for structure, proportion, form, colour, use, aesthetics and atmosphere.

We look at a shed not as a disposable garden product, but as a small building that should earn its place in the garden and become part of daily life.

 

Inspired by the character of traditional English outbuildings, our sheds are made by hand in Cambridgeshire with proper materials, painted timber, simple rooflines and solid, practical details. They are designed to feel settled, useful and quietly beautiful — a place for storage, yes, but also for the things you love doing.

 

From our Cambridgeshire workshop, we make and deliver sheds and timber pieces across Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, London and the surrounding villages.
